Each retailer has its own customer service department and you must contact the particular retailer directly if there is a problem with your order. The items cannot be returned directly to GiftUWish. You must return the item to the retailer in accordance to their return policy.
The retailer information and link to their return policy will be shown in the product details. The customers are requested to read retailer's return policy.
If you have already contacted the retailer and they have not resolved your problem, you can contact our customer support at email@example.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue on your behalf.
